Must-try: Cookie Bar

If a cookie and a cupcake had a baby, this would be it.

For those of you who haven’t tried COOKIE BAR, well, you should go ahead and place an order now. Their cookie cups are heavenly! These are basically cookies baked in a cupcake pan, which gives it a unique and yummy bite. Each cookie cup has delicious centres that range from chocolate, caramel, peanut butter and marshmallow to our fave chocolates like Twix, Reese’s, Maltesers and Hershey’s. I met  innovative owner/baker Ivorie Acosta who told me about how she came about with this amazing treat. Initially Ivorie started with the idea of putting our favorite liquor/cocktails in a cookie (which she can still do upon request) but later developed her product into a cookie-cupcake hybrid with an unlimited range of centres. Ivorie claims she can create virtually ANY cookie you want, from these delish cups to the traditional ones, and big cookie cakes! I recently tried Cookie Bar’s bestsellers, and wow! There are no words. I love cookies, and this definitely tops my list.

COOKIE BAR Classic Cookie Cups (24 pieces) are only P350, and for Premium Cups (which are the ones that contain Twix, Maltesers, etc), those go for P500 for 24 pieces.
