Ahhhh! I can so relate! I ALWAYS have a little (okay, most of the time its big haha) snack before going to bed. I usually load up on sweets like cookies or ice cream but they make me feel so bloated and unhealthy. I love Anne’s tips on what to snack on before going to bed! Ill be filling my refrigerator/pantry with these healthy treats, and of course, Athena! 🙂 Good night!!!
