I’ve always enjoyed to going to Christmas bazaars. This is something my family and friends would go to regularly (meaning: every weekend) especially when I used to live in Alabang. This is where my friends and I would meet up to hang-out, and time would pass us by so quickly as we’d shop, eat, drink, and shop some more. The most unique items in my closet usually came from these bazaars, as up-and-coming designers would usually sell their wares here first. And hard-to-find home things like organizers and decors would also be available here (at very reasonable prices) which I always loved buying. What I really enjoy the most though is shopping for Christmas presents. I would always find the most unique things to give here at these bazaars. Oh and of course, shopping makes everyone hungry. Something else to look forward to is the food. I love how I end up trying something new and different at these bazaars–they are always so yummy too!

And though I have already moved to a different city, I am still on the lookout for the best Christmas bazaars to go to. So far I have found one that I really want to go to: the Christmas Carnivale Bazaar at The Tent! Check this out! This is so worth the trip to Alabang!

“Santa’s Workshop in Town, an Art Walk and a Silent Auction of celebrated artists to compliment our choice concessionaires carrying top of the line Filipino handicrafts, hand painted linens, plush Christmas decors, hand-made accessories, unique jewelry, celebrated designers, aromatic candles, gourmet and artisinal food items. Still not enough? We’ve also got designer bags, silver jewelry, well-crafted stationeries, unique pieces for your home and to die for ice cream and cupcakes. You’ll definitely be checking off a large portion of your Christmas shopping list!  YES!!!! Zonta’s much celebrated Christmas Carnivale at the Tent is back! Enjoy shopping in an air-conditioned tent with wide aisles for easy movement, and in between, check out our Food Court now upped with 20 screened concessionaires. Experience live Christmas Carolling while you dine alfresco under the shady huge acacia trees.  No need to worry about the children – we’ve got them covered with several activities and entertainment! Shopping starts at 10AM.”

There’s also going to be a Silent Auction wherein some of the items sold will go to helping out victims of typhoon Yolanda. There will be a special fundraiser as well, which is called Tree of Joy–proceeds of this will also go into helping out Yolanda victims. As of late, the Zonta Club of Alabang has been very active in helping our less fortunate brothers and sisters in Visayas, continuously sending rice to Aklan (rice donation has already reached P150,000). Its good to know that we are not forgetting them especially as we are approaching the holiday season.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough to get
that “perfect balance” between usability and appearance.
I must say that you’ve done a very good job with this. Additionally, the blog loads very quick for me on Firefox.
    Exceptional Blog!
