My Travel Diary: Barcelona

Allow me to share with you another Fernandez family trip–our weeklong vacation in Barcelona. I have to say, I absolutely love this gorgeous cosmopolitan region. It was my first time to visit Spain, and I immediately felt at home. I cant quite describe it other than it has a Philippine vibe, and I get the food, the language and the weather. It is definitely one of the best places to see art and architecture, and it is also one of the best places to shop (for clothes, accessories and home wear).

I loved the the amazing modernist landmarks like the fantastic Sagrada Familia church, Parc Guell, Casa Mila and Casa Batilo, and many more wonderful structures that were all within the city. Yes, the best part about Barcelona is it is practically a walking city, and if you cant walk it then you can just take the Metro. It was so easy and accessible, the food was incredible and our little family just had a great time relaxing at parks, admiring the gorgeous buildings, and getting a bit of sea breeze. I think my photos speak for themselves–its hard not to fall in love with this place. We will be back, Barcelona! <3
