More of the beach life

I’ve got another set of photos I wanted to share, this time from that long break we got last Holy Week. I played around with my iPhone 4S and used Instagram to filter the pictures. I know everyone’s into Instagram now and these seem like a dime a dozen, but I don’t care. I will post as I please. 🙂

This is Meex, my friend’s cat. It was still too early for us to leave for the beach so we stayed at his house first.

Day one: it rained really hard. I like how hazy the sky looks here.

Taken on the same day, at different times.

Day two: the sky cleared up. We never saw the rain again (at least for that week).

Local flora: gumamela.

When I took this I was sure I was seeing an elephant with wings. Now I’m not too sure.

I love these rolling hills. I’ve seen this view a hundred times and it never gets old.

Fiery sunset.

Bonfires are a must when at the beach.

We’ve been going back to this beach for years but only bought oysters from local fishermen this last trip. We bought two buckets of oysters—so good! The only pain about these is you have to  shuck them open.

Classic liempo.

I played around with a photography app for this one. It dramatically changed the colors of the photos. Its called iMajiCam Pro.

Sunset photos.

I love the way this came out.

Pathway leading to the shore.

Looking up.

Vintage feel.

Going home.

Stopped over Tagaytay for lunch.
