I asked myself this question at the launch of the Juan Hundred and 1: VISAng Daang Lipad promo launch and boy, did my head spin. I imagined myself hopping from one plane to another, going on a major Asian vacation. Lets see, Cebu Pacific flies to Hong Kong, so yes, I’ll definitely drop by there. And there’s Korea, which I’ve never been, and Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Brunei. Then there are my favorites: Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. Oh, and there are domestic flights too. I would probably need to plan an extensive trip of our beloved country and just see all of it. I would start from the top and work my way to the bottom.

For a person who loves to travel, winning a contest like this is a dream. I mean, really, who wouldn’t want to go on this amazing journey? I know I would, so I was all ears on how to join this one-of-a-kind promotion.

Visa and Cebu Pacific kicked off this partnership with an amazing promo that will give one Visa cardholder a chance to win 100 flights to any Cebu Pacific destination.

The mechanics are really simple: just about anyone can join!

*** LIKE the Cebu Pacific Facebook page (go to www.facebook.com/cebupacificair) in order to view the full mechanics of the promo.

*** Click on the “Book a flight now!” button in the Juan Hundred and 1 VISAng Daang Lipad tab. This will direct you to the Cebu Pacific website.

*** Book a Cebu Pacific flight using your VISA card. After a successful transaction, you will receive an e-ticket via email, which will serve as proof of entry. You will be sent an email message which confirms your raffle entry.

* A single Visa transaction for flight tickets amounting to at least one peso (P1.00) is equivalent to one raffle entry.

* Promo applies to ticket purchases only through the website.

* Open to all Visa cardholders ages 18 and above who are currently residing in the Philippines.

* Promo runs from October 3 to November 17, 2012 (at 11:59 PM). The grand raffle draw will be held on November 28, 2012. Per DTI-NCR Permit #6169, series of 2012.

And at the Cebu Pacific-Visa Partnership launch, we got to see for ourselves just how easy it is to join. We were given an hour to purchase anything from the Cebu Pacific website using a Visa card—it could be domestic or international tickets, or tickets to say, Phantom of the Opera via Ticketworld. Then, we were given the chance to shop at any store in Resortsworld worth P10,000 but our items had to fit the destination we were each assigned. The person with the best shopping items purchased won a Lumix LX5!

The destination that was assigned to me was sunny Cebu, so I purchased an entire outfit for that trip: a white dress and sunnies from Mango and a woven hat, bright bracelets, nude wedges and neon pink flats from Call it Spring.

I didn’t win the camera but I had the best time shopping. I got to buy a lot of cute items, and I did it in record time, too.
