When I heard news that Cotton On was opening in Manila, I was ecstatic. I used to “panic-buy” (or hoard) its trendy merchandise whenever I was at Hong Kong and Malaysia (as I’m sure most of you did too). I would stock up on its super cute button-down shirts, dresses, blazers, skirts and skinny jeans and happily find that I could easily mix and match these items with my wardrobe. These really gave my clothes extra mileage, so I can continue wearing my favorites and not seem like I’ve worn them too many times. The brand’s style is effortless and wearable, but what I like most about it that it fits really well.
So the opening was a couple of weeks ago at SM Mall of Asia (I know, major lag on my part) and I have to say, it was so worth the trip! Not only was I able to watch a fun and energized fashion show (no really, at one point models broke out into dance), I was able to get first dibs on the cutest clothes, shoes and accessories.
Welcome to Manila, Cotton On!

Those shoes! I like!
I was also eyeing this sequined skirt (oop, Ben Chan was right in front of me at the show).
I love how the clothes were put together: so effortless and chic.
This model surprised us all when she began dancing. How fun!
More dancing going on. And the clothes look great!

They were so lively! Really a great way to show off the clothes.

This model really stood out for me. She reminds me of actress Angel Locsin.
