I am finally back with the brand that helped launch my modelling career. Yes, after seven long years I am reunited with my go-to skincare brand, Pond’s, and I cannot be happier.

It was like I never left, anyway. Since I did that memorable television commercial back in 2005, people have always associated me with the brand. Random people come up to me and ask if I’m a model, and if I said yes, then they would say, “ahhh, tama, yung sa Pond’s”. (And this happened to be recently, too! Like, a few weeks ago.)

So, yes, I am back with the skincare line that started it all. You see, right after I did the TVC, I got one commercial after the other, and I even got to travel around Asia to model. I guess it was my lucky break! I now happily join the roster of gorgeous Pond’s ambassadors, like Apples Aberin, Tweetie de Leon-Gonzales and Rissa Mananquil-Trillo, as well as newcomers Janine Tugonon, Laureen Uy, Catriona Grey, Julia Barretto, and beauty experts Jing Monis and Jigs Mayuga.

Of course, we’ll be having our formal launch soon (I’m super excited to share with you the Pond’s product I’m endorsing), but before that we all met up for a “family lunch” at Lusso, Greenbelt.
