The last time I did a fashion show must’ve been more than a year ago, which is why I was super excited to do this trunk show for BCBG. Yes,  BCBG Max Azria is now here in the Philippines!!! Their store recently opened at Bonifacio High Street Central, which was where the launch was held last week (another branch is in Shangri-la Mall, and opening soon: Resorts World  and Greenbelt).

The trunk show showcased  the Spring Trend 2013 collection, which was inspired by wild florals, Asian textured denim prints, and bold vibrant color blocking. The line’s fluid silhouettes, elongated proportions and weightless fabrics are perfect for work wear and parties. I love how you can easily mix and match each piece and you’ll come up with a completely different stylish outfit every time. I had three outfit changes–I wore a black and white printed mini dress, bright onesie shorts paired with a white blazer, and a navy cutout gown, and yes, I fell in love with all of them! The collection is so gorgeous, I couldn’t help but do a little shopping after the show! I have to admit though, the price points are a bit steep compared to your usual high street stores. But considering what you’re getting, which is quality clothing/accessories that fit perfectly/feel incredible, it is so worth the money.
