This was definitely a memorable night! The opening of TOMAR Tapas x Bar was on our last night in Amorita Resort and oh my, the food was all kinds of amazing. Now, Tomar means “to take” in Spanish, which all made sense at that dinner because we couldn’t stop eating! Seriously, their tapas dishes were delicious, we kept on coming back for more.

“Neo-Cultural experience takes center stage in Tomar with innovation thru tradition. The restaurant looks back at the classic Tapas, Paellas and Pintxos and gives it them a modern touch. Tomar also houses carefully curated wine and whiskey from around the globe.” 

We definitely enjoyed our evening, as we tried one tasty dish after the other. And paired with the best wines, we were happy and full by the end of the night. The wonderful people at Amorita really thought of everything, as they even set up a playroom for the kids while the parents indulged in great food, conversation and vino.
