Behind the scenes: Christian Bautista’s newest music video

Guess who shot a music video last week? Me! Yay, it seems my acting career isn’t totally dead. (Haha, I know what you’re thinking: “what career?”) But kidding aside, I was just happy to be back on set. I really miss doing this. The hours may be long, it can be physically and emotionally demanding but it is just so damn fulfilling. I’m glad I still can find time to do this.

Christian Bautista’s newest song is a collaboration with 90’s band Neocolours (Say You’ll Never Go, Hold On and Maybe) and it is titled Sasabihin. Of course, I don’t want to give anything away but I played the love interest. I cannot wait to see the final cut! The music video was directed by Carlo Alvarez and produced by Markki Stroem.

Anyway, I just wanted to share a few of my behind the scenes photos before the music video comes out (which I’ll be posting here very soon). Let me know what you think! 🙂

We shot in an abandoned building in Sta. Mesa. It was very bare and rundown with lots of graffiti. The place had character and was very photo/telegenic!

Direk Carlo explains the scene.

Location two: a comfy (air-conditioned) house in Pasig. We only took a few hours shooting here.

My “lounging-slash-malling” outfit.

With director/producer Carlo Maceda and Christian Bautista.

Location three: at a resto in the Fort. Really loving my outfit here.

Sorry, can’t share much else! The music video will be launched very soon so please watch out for it. 🙂
