Remember the contest for LYN Shoes & Accessories that happened about two weeks ago? (Its where a lucky reader of mine won P5000 worth of gift certificates from the stylish brand!) Well, the winner: Sue Anne Dy and I did actually meet that Saturday, and boy did we have a great time shoe-shopping! LYN Shoes & Accessories marketing Kayt Peret set-up the cutest event at the store in Greenbelt. There were yummy cupcakes designed with shoes and bags, lots of refreshments and a cool wall where you can have your photo taken and printed in just a minute.

Of course, as soon as we met, Sue Anne and I went straight to business: shopping for the perfect shoes. We found ourselves having lots to talk about, as we both had a thing for shoes. I discovered that Sue preferred sandals, ballet flats and wedges over sky high heels and she liked neutrals more than bright-colored ones. More or less, she was looking for something to wear at work that was comfortable but still looked presentable. I gladly gave her my input on which kinds of shoes to try on, keeping in mind what she needed in a pair of shoes. Needless to say, we had a blast trying on pairs and pairs of shoes that afternoon and I too was able to find a pair or two to take home.
