This year’s given theme, PINOY GOES GLOBAL, will challenge finalists to use local fabrics and techniques to modernize Filipino clothing such as the terno, barong Tagalog, and baro’t saya to reflect the new generation’s take on Filipiniana, veering away from its traditional aesthetic and instead, showing its potential for mainstream fashion.

ACCESSORIES
This year’s given theme, PINOY GOES GLOBAL, will challenge finalists to show their craft in creating bags, shoes, and jewelry featuring local and ethically-sourced materials.
